We all have our Dr. McDreamy......whether it is the one on TV, a real life handsome doctor you know in your town or simply a hot man you see but never speak to but fantasize about often. Lets just say, some people have had McDreamy in real life and it was pretty good I hear. Many want McDreamy, and the mysterious thing about McDreamy is you never know how many he has actually sampled? Because he is wanted by so many, he may just have had that many! So beware, with these types, you typically end up sharing. And I don't know about you, but sharing is for pre-school kids!
