There was once a girl named Trina who was a total wreck,

She ate no food, she ruined the mood and had a really long neck!

One day, she caught a great break and landed a fantastic job,

1 thing after the next, she complained, she ached, she sobbed.

She thought sleeping with men would get her ahead,

If you're going to play the game, you better get out of bed!

Covered in mascara, hair all a mess, Trina was quite a sight,

Traipsing through the lobby, in a large trench, "dear, that is just not right!"

Despite advice and words of wisdom, the girl kept screwing things up.

Fired from one job, fired from the next, all we can say is Trina, you really f'ed up!

How much proof do you need?

Some people are very talented at telling lies. While, others simply suck. Can a liar change their stripes? I know it is a cliche question, and there are plenty of different answers.

I can imagine that when you make mistakes, its easy to tell a lie to make yourself look better or even feel better. It is much more palatable to smooth things over, than to tell someone you were a complete asshole and face their disappointment in you. It may be tempting to tell the person who depends on you, cares about you and/or has your back that you forgot the facts, or that you went right home and went to bed, or that you were late because of this or that. There obviously is a range of things to lie about, and they have different levels of consequences and reactions. The question is whether a person can figure out lying causes all kinds of additional stress, misery and worry.....and its not worth it. It is much easier to cough up the truth, face the music early on and rid yourself of days, weeks, months or even years of lies. I am sure that honesty is linked to less ulcers! So, the next time you can lie or simply make like a real person and tell the truth....I challenge you to speak the truth. You will thank yourself.

What's next ladies?

Everything is a cycle, just when you thought that you could predict what Didi was going to do, or what man Leila was going to tackle or what adventure lie ahead for shoe diva.....something crazy and unforeseen happens. Perhaps a review is helpful in understanding what has been happening with the brigade of Rockin Chicks.

There is always something exciting to share, I must say. The reality for all of us is that just when we think we know what the future looks like, it evolves. Just like a sale at Nordstrom, one minute it is there, and the next, poof...its gone. Perhaps it is like fashion in the broader sense, there are trends and changes in hemlines and colors of the season. We love to embrace the new, and let go of the old. We look forward to a new boot, the new "it" bag or the new color that will splash itself across every storefront on Fifth Avenue.

So, lets start with Ms. Mimi, who was perhaps the most eternal bachelorette of us all. She is a single blond vamp no more I must declare. While on the exterior, she is cool as can be, we all know she is totally head over heels in love and on her way to the alter. Then, there is Didi, with so many stories to contribute out of the sheer eagerness to meet someone. You name it, she committed the dating crime. The stories may soon come to an end though, because she is holed up, in love, and barely seen these days. She may be joining stroller strides by next year!

And then there is Leila, famous for her fun, exotic stories....and the good news is that there shall be plenty more where that comes from. Rest assured, this rockin chick has many adventures in store. I am sure that she will be breaking a few hearts, and embarking upon sexual conquests of all sorts in all parts of the world.

The shoe diva has said goodbye to some antics from the past and has wished some of the relics bon voyage, moving on to bigger things. No more secret, silent rendez-vous. The next man in shoe diva's life is going to make her numero uno as it should have been all along! Shiny, sleek and sexy is the name of the game. Crystal is now happily married with her gleaming gems blinding everyone in her sight. She still has plenty of fabulous adventures as a wing woman. Snowbunny continues her chilly sagas, somehow always able to nab a hot, young snow buck. Snowbunny can put you on your back laughing with all of her funny tales, flounders and fun. Sonja continues to scandalize by abusing the dumb chaps that fall for her. She is ever so unpredictable, what will she do next?
