even rockin chicks get broken hearts

Even though, we are rockin chicks, we do have hearts and they can be trampled. Just when you think you are invincible, and cannot be stopped....a dagger comes out of left field and stabs you, bam! For some of us its easy to be confident, strong and fearless when it comes to work, facing steep mountains, whitewater rapids, presenting in front of a crowd, walking through a packed bar, wearing a short dress with 4 inch heels, or bicycling down a rocky slope. But, when it comes to matters of the heart, we realize how small, human, and vulnerable we may truly be. Alas, the need for rockin chicks we know to come and pick us up, dust us off, listen to us, feed us and help us get back on the horse again. Rockin Chicks are a force to be reckoned with, even when one member goes down with a broken heart.....
